Berger Paints splashes onto Social Media with a Facebook Contest!


Berger is an internationally recognized brand of premium paint products. Berger launched its operations in Pakistan back in 1950, equipped with two centuries of experience in this field and with more than half a decade of understanding the Pakistani market, Berger is going strong, in their business strategies and activities.

With over eight thousand fans in its domain and many joining everyday Berger is trying to accelerate its social media presence rapidly.

The initial contest/activity Berger came up with is termed ‘Elegant Bedroom Contest’. Berger has reached out to its fans by asking them to post their elegant bedroom pictures to its Facebook page. In return, the page offers a chance for three lucky participants to get two free cans of Berger elegant paints each. The winners are to be selected on the number of likes the bedroom pictures gather.

Its a new leaf for Berger paints in Pakistan. This change is being welcomed by the fans, but unarguably Berger needs to put in further effort to make their page worth while for social media interaction and has a long way to go!
